Dentist Richard S. Neuman, DDS
Dr. Richard S. Neuman graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1985. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Physics with a minor in Nutritional Science from Michigan State University, Lymann Briggs Honor College of Math and Science.
In private practice since 1985, Dr. Neuman is extremely popular with his patients. He was selected twice as top dentist in Western Michigan and has a patient base of over 6,000. Completion of several hundred hours of continuing education classes annually in all disciplines of dentistry allows him to offer patients access to the latest advanced dental techniques.
He is actively involved in mission work during his free time. He gives back to the community through outreach programs such as Dentistry with a Heart, which offers Free Days of Dentistry to those in need.
Dr. Neuman has been married for thirty years to his wife Pat and has four grown children. He is anxiously awaiting his daughter Alexis to join him in practice in the summer of 2012.
Dr. Alexis L. Neuman, DDS is following in her father Dr. Richard S. Neuman’s footsteps. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in Nutritional Science in 2008. Moving on to dentistry, she attended University of Detroit Mercy Dental School from which she graduated in May 2012. Dr. Neuman is now a licensed general and cosmetic dentist in practice with her dad. An avid supporter of her dad’s charity mission work, she also loves to travel and play tennis in her free time.
